A Longevity-Focused Approach to Nutrition

My work focuses on nutrition as a long-term investment in health, resilience, and longevity. I support people who want to care for their bodies in a sustainable way, without rigid rules, extremes, or short-term fixes.

Grounded in science and informed by longevity-focused cultures, my approach prioritises structure, simplicity, and habits that can be maintained over time.

The aim is not optimisation at all costs, but strategies that support the body as it changes with age while still leaving space for enjoyment and real life.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who already care about their health and want expert, evidence-based guidance to help them live longer and better.

Many of my clients are interested in longevity-focused strategies, including structured nutritional plans such as fasting-mimicking protocols, but also want support outside of these moments. They are looking for clarity, balance, and continuity rather than strict diets or aesthetic goals.

This work is not about losing a few kilograms. It is about building habits that support metabolic health, energy, and resilience over the long term.

Why I Do This Work

My interest in nutrition is personal.

Like many people, I experienced periods of poor eating habits and unhealthy behaviours that felt difficult to break. Studying biology and nutrition began as a way to better understand my own relationship with food. Over time, it became a way to help others step out of patterns that can feel overwhelming or impossible to change.

As my work evolved, so did my focus. Through study, practice, and exposure to longevity-focused cultures, including insights inspired by Blue Zone regions and the people who live there, I became increasingly interested in how everyday choices shape health across a lifetime.

Today, my work is about balance. Supporting health without rigidity, structure without restriction, and habits that remain meaningful and effective as we age.
