Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Giulia Trevisan, nutritionist, operating under the name Nutrizionista Giulia Trevisan. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Free Introductory Call
​
The initial 15-minute consultation is offered free of charge. No payment is taken and no refund applies.
3. Paid Consultations and Coaching Packages
​
Because nutrition consulting involves the preparation of personalised materials, time, and expertise prior to and during each session, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit, at the client's preference.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. The session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, subject to availability.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Multi-Session Packages

Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if a written cancellation request is submitted before the third session has taken place.

After the third session, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Sessions may be paused for up to 60 days with prior written notice.
5. Digital Materials and Personalised Plans

Once a personalised nutrition plan or digital document has been delivered, it is considered a completed service and is not eligible for a refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
​
Refund requests based on medical reasons or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact giuliatrevisan.nutrizionista@gmail.com with relevant documentation.
7. How to Request a Refund
​
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact: giuliatrevisan.nutrizionista@gmail.com. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
8. EU Consumer Rights
​
If you are based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where a service has not yet commenced, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By expressly requesting that the service begin within this period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be affected.
