4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through the scheduling tool available on this website or by direct agreement via email. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a written confirmation has been issued.
Prices are listed on the Services page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. I reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. I do not store payment card details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
